Learned Advocate for the petitioner, however, submits that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has preferred a representation before the District Judge, Darbhanga as well as the Registrar of the Civil Court, Darbhanga long back in the year 2021, the copy of which is marked as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner is in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1267 of 2022(8) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 limited bound to the extent of disposal of the representation after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

3. Learned Advocate for the State is present.

4. In view of the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the petitioner and taking note of the limited grievance, keeping the matter pending before this Court would serve no purpose. Accordingly, this Court thinks it apt and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose off the same after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

5. It is expected that the exercise aforenoted shall be completed preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
