JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to immediately pay the due salary of the petitioner for or payment of salary for the period of 1993 to 1998 and 43(Fourty Three) days, including the benefit of First A.C.P. /

Patna High Court CWJC No.1215 of 2022(3) dt.16-01-2024 2/3 M.A.C.P., Second A.C.P. / M.A.C.P. approved to the petitioner in level-3.

(ii) For commanding the Respondents as to why the due salary and other benefits of the petitioner has not been paid till today despite the specific direction for payment of the authority concern.

(iii) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to immediately pay salary as per pay scale of grade- 3 (PB-1 + GRADE PAY 1800/-) to the petitioner, which was initially fixed to the petitioner.

(iv) For commanding the Respondents to pay the due salary and other benefits of the petitioner since the date of due and the date of respective payment with interest 14% per annum since the petitioner has been superannuated and no suitable action has been taken by the Respondents concerned for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1215 of 2022(3) dt.16-01-2024 3/3 Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
