The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 803 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant being Manager of Suraj Freight Carrier Private Ltd., found after audit, to have misappropriated money of Rs. 68543/- and cash of Rs. 50,000/- It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is direct allegation of misappropriation of money against this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail.
