The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of Arms Act.

The informant, namely, Jawala Prasad Singh, recorded his self statement that when he was moving in the area along with his police team and rest near Middle School Arna, he saw a person fleeing away on a read colour Yamaha motorcycle. The police team had chased and caught, who disclosed his name to be Raja Prasad @ Raja Babu.When the police team has searched the body of said Raja Prasad @ Raja Babu a loaded Katta was recovered from the left side of the waist and one cartridge .315 bore from left pocket. He failed to produce any paper of the seized arms. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21373 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2014.Further, it is submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. As per allegation a country made pistol along with one live cartridge are said to have been recovered.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Gopalganj, in Uchkagaon P.S.Case No. 240/2014.
