Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant and the aforesaid allegation is supported by the medical report, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 104 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
