The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.09.2019 seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 dated 28.04.2019 instituted for offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased and as per prosecution version, he is alleged to have killed the deceased for non -fulfilment of demand of dowry. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him.
