Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including these petitioners illegally received funds under PM Awas Yojna. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already deposited the alleged amount prior to the institution of the FIR. He also submitted that no opportunity

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 411 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
