2. The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Konch P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

3. Prosecution case, in brief is that sister of the informant was married with co-accused Upendra Yadav ten years ago. After sometime of marriage, these petitioners along with other accused persons started to torture her mentally and physically for dowry and killed her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are the brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased.

As a matter of fact, deceased was having illicit relationship with one co-villager Aman Ansari and when this fact came to light, deceased committed suicide.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the petitioners clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch Police Station Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
