The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

One country made gun and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2014. Of course the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but considering the fact that he has already remained in jail for more than 11 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumr Mannu, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Uphara P.S. Case No. 47/2014.
