Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner was caught on the spot, while he was engaged in committing loot in a wine shop and looted cash as well as fire-arms, was recovered from his conscious possession and apart from this, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
