Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baisi P. S. case no. 146/2014 registered under sections 323, 366A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 28.6.2014 whereas complaint case was filed on 31.6.2014 and there is no explanation of the aforesaid delay but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission because petitioner happens to be relative of the informant and informant permitted the victim to accompany the petitioner reposing faith on the petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12193 of 2015 (3) dt.01-05-2015 connection with Baisi P. S. case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
