No firearm appears to have been recovered from possession of the petitioners and the seized firearm was recovered from possession of co-accused Pappu Singh. Moreover, except present case as well as Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 09 of 2016, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 10 of 2016.
