2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023, G.R. No. 1671/2023 registered on 12.12.2023 lodged under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act. 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against the present petitioner against whom there is allegation of recovery of 81.4 Litre of illicit liquor.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that in the seizure list it is clear that recovery has been made from public place and not from petitioner's possession. Counsel further

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, 2nd Aurungabad, Bihar in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023, G.R. No. 1671/2023.
