The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The father of the deceased stated that he got information that his daughter, Posia Devi, hanged herself to death. The informant further stated that her husband and other in-laws were assaulting her on the accusation of her being indulged in illegal activities. It is submitted that during the course of investigation almost all the witnesses have stated that the deceased herself committed suicide and none of the witness has supported the case of the informant that the petitioner ever assaulted his wife. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 306

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22850 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 of the IPC. The petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. V. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in Baisi P.S. Case No. 256 of 2014.
