JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which she has very specifically stated that she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner by her own sweet will.

The victim disclosed her age as 17 years but considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
