Mr.Akbar Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panjawara P.S. Case No.121 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)(g) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 48 litres of country made liquor from the tempo of the petitioner and petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is the driver of the alleged tempo and he has no knowledge about the liquor being kept in his vehicle. He is in custody for about a month, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the

Case No.121 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to appear in local police station as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
