====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation (for brevity 'BSFC') .

Having worked as Assistant Accounts Officer on contractual basis in the BSFC for a tenure of 11 months, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner has been deprived of his wages/emoluments. A representation, in this regard, has been submitted, copy of which is Annexure 8 to the writ petition. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.1375 of 2023(3) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 limited grievance is that in spite of his representation, no action has been taken by the authorities.

3. In view of such limited grievance and since no issue arises for adjudication, this writ application need not be kept pending and the same is disposed of.

4. The petitioner should file copy of his representation Annexure 8 along with this order before the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Katihar (Respondent 4) within a period of 4 weeks. If such representation is filed, the authorities must dispose of the same within a period of 8 weeks and ensure payment, if found admissible with 4 weeks thereafter.
