JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing this fact that he was a member of nexalite gang. Except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner in the present case.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Navinagar P.S.Case No. 176 of 2012.
