JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 24.02.2021, within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, registered under Sections 342, 323, 307, 285 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16311 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 Earlier, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court on 21.01.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3408 of 2020, on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is again rejected.
