2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.174 of 2022 lodged under Sections 302, 328/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that since last 16 years, marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized, but from the marriage, he has no issue. It is due to this reason that son-in-law, mother, father and brother all used to torture his daughter and subsequently, his daughter has given birth of a female child, and thereafter, they have started torturing to his daughter. They have provided poison to his daughter due to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody since 21.01.2023.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-I, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.174 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
