The Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Jaynagar, Madhubani is directed to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner, which is pending since 25.02.2021 with respect to the claim of the petitioner to make payment of all the retiral dues. If the petitioner is entitled for the claim the payment is required to be paid within a period of three weeks. In case the respondent no.2 willfully fails to redress the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before this Court.
