Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

50 liter country made liquor was recovered from hotel and the petitioner was caught on the spot whereas one coaccused Sonia Devi managed to flee away from there. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid liquor belongs to the aforesaid Sonia Devi. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
