The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 18.12.2014. The petitioner surrendered in the court below on 04.04.2015 and since then he is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VII,
