Attention of this Court has been drawn towards the statements made in paragraph '22' of the writ application wherein it is stated that similar matters have already been disposed. Annexure- '8' to the writ application is a copy of the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in CWJC No.12781 of 2018. The petitioner claims that several representations in this regard have been made, one of them has been enclosed as Annexure- '9' to the writ application.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is disposing of the present writ application with liberty to

(30) days from today. If such a representation is filed together with other relevant documents as may be required, the same will be examined and an appropriate decision shall be taken thereon by respondent no.3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
