Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 379, 377, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant has filed written application to the concern police station alleging therein that the informant is Sonpapri vendor and on 08.03.2014 as usual the informant went to sell their sweets at village Meenapur and when he was returning after the sell in the way at Jhumkapol two persons namely Santosh Kumar and Petitioner arrived there and they started abusing and the petitioner caught his bicycle dashed in the field and thereafter Santosh Kumar arrived there

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21139 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 who has taken Rs. 400/- from his pocket and Santosh Kumar has committed unnatural offence forcibly.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that main allegation is against one Santosh Kumar and not the petitioner. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is name in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.
