JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with one other accused was taking photographs of the vehicles and when petitioner was searched, mobile phones and one Logo of Jharkhand Police was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12459 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Gunjan, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016.
