JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 Admittedly, the entire admissible retiral dues have already stood paid to the petitioner and the only issue which survives for consideration is regarding payment of differential amount of retiral dues upon revision and fixation of pay scale on the basis of 5th and 6th Pay Revision Committee Report, for which, the Nagar Panchayat, Jaynagar, Madhubani has already sent a letter to the State Government on 23.07.2022. In such view of the matter, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with a direction to the respondent- State and the Nagar Panchayat, Jaynagar to process the case of the petitioner for grant of differential amount of retiral dues on the basis of 5th and 6th Pay Revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.1210 of 2022(4) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 Committee Report and make the necessary payment, within a period of eight weeks from today.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the concerned authorities of the Nagar Panchayat, Jaynagar for supply of calculation chart of the retiral dues paid to the petitioner, the same shall be provided, forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
