The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant causing injury on his head and his hand got fractured. When the wife of informant came to rescue, she was also assaulted by the accused persons. The accused persons disrobed her and also took away her ornaments.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4548 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 It is submitted that on account of petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. The allegation of disrobing the wife of informant and snatching away the ornaments is super addition to make the allegation grave. Both sides have compromised the case. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
