The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S. Trial No. 688 of 2015 (arising out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and allied Sections of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but no role attributed to him, though, role attributed to Sanjay Rai who fired causing injury to Ram Babu Prasad, the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13467 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with S.T. No. 688 of 2015 (arising out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
