JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Jairampur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assault to the informant and there is specific allegation against one co-accused Praduman of having fired twice causing injury in the chest of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them rather specific allegation is against one Praduman, who fired twice causing

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Jairampur P.S.
