The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the application is for appropriate writ, order and direction on the respondents to handover the possession of the allotted L.I.G. Flat No. 11/384 to the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6367 of 2017(4) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
