The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation giving stab blow to the deceased which is corroborated in the post-mortem report. The petitioner does not deserve regular bail. Therefore, the prayer for the same is dismissed.

The District Judge, Muzaffarpur is directed to expedite the trial and conclud the the same within a year.
