Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.148 of 2014 arising out of Lodipur P.S. Case No.68 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 366/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Bhagalpur.

Considering that there is allegation that the Petitioner raped the alleged victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
