The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 47 of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that the 29 liters of country made liquor and some currency were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
