This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bairgania P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,
