It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case that in compliance of the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWJC No.7120 of 2022, the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur has already disposed of the application, filed by the petitioner, for grant of arms license by rejecting the same, vide order dated 17.04.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, while granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 17.04.2023, in case he is aggrieved by the same.
