This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21688 of 2020, whereby the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10984 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 petitioners, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court due to illness of their family members and COVID-19 Pandemic.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21688 of 2020, is hereby extended by four weeks more from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
