The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 216, 353 and 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of giving shelter to naxalites. He has criminal antecedent also.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
