JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-261, 371, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was caught on the spot and, master keys and other apparatus were recovered from his conscious possession, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30-012016. So far as seized vehicles are concerned; petitioner does not have any concern with the aforesaid vehicles, as submitted on his behalf. The petitioner was made accused in one case, prior to institution of the present case and except the aforesaid criminal antecedent; the petitioner does not have any other case in his credit.
