Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the order dated 06.03.2021 passed by learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Patna in Special Case No. 40/2016 in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. S.V.U. 01/2016 whereby and whereunder the learned Court has been pleased to take cognizance against the petitioners for offence under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 193 of the I.P.C.
