This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Khanpur P.S.Case No.148 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of stabbing the son of the informant causing injury on his abdomen.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that while playing cricket the scuffle took place , there was no serious injury and in connivance of the Doctor, the certificate has been obtained and petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the injury is grievous in nature and

Having heard both sides and in view of submission, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner , however, once the charge has been framed, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
