JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The petitioners along with nine others were granted bail by order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3180 of 2019. However, these petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

The prayer therefore has been made through the present application for extending the time for them to surrender before the Court below and seek bail. For the reasons stated in the application, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5485 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 is allowed.

Should the petitioners surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks to be counted from today and on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Siwan/concerned court, they shall be released on bail in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019.

The order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3180 of 2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The application stands allowed.
