2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that father of the informant was dealing in cattle trade, for which, he proceeded in the company of petitioners, but did not return home. Informant claims that these petitioners have killed his father and disposed of his dead-body, due to demand of due amount of Rs. 60,000/-, which was advanced by his father.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against these petitioners. F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of inordinate delay of four months, that itself creates doubt over the prosecution case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
