2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(B), 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons, in a drunken condition, entered into the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting his son namely Sanjeet Kumar. When the daughter of the informant came to save him, the petitioner assaulted her with iron rod on her head. Further, co-accused Bablu kumar and the petitioner took away Rs. 40,000/- cash and other ornaments.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Though there is allegation against him of assaulting Sumitra Kumari but the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
