It appears from the impugned order that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in custody since 12.12.2015, but up till now he has not been put on test identification parade. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram (Dehri) G.R.P.
