JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S.Case No. 483 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation alleged against her though husband is in custody.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1219 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
