JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the charge-sheet no. 43 of 2012 dated 20.04.2012 submitted against the petitioner inter alia under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act in Special Case No. 19 of 2009 arising out of Sikti P.S.Case No. 165 of 2008 pending in the court of Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna.
