Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. In the statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. the informant has not named this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13033 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 261 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
