JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tekari (Panchanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.192 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by contending that the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted gadasa
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14780 of 2021(7) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 blow on the head of the father of the informant due to which he sustained grievous injury. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
