Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian penal Code.

The informant lodged an information with Barharia P.S. stating therein that the marriage of his sister Phool Jahan was solemnized with Naushad Alam on 22.01.2012. After marriage Naushad Alam and his family member demanded motorcycle, T.V. freez, cooler etc. and due to non- fulfillment of demand they killed her sister.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Further it is submitted that she is separate in mess and property with the husband of the

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is name in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Barharia P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
